而引起堵塞。

Assembling water trough in front of the top table is covered by stainless steel perforated

drainage. it can facilitate drainage and avoid dirt into it.

located in the front cover.

蒸爐之燃燒方式分為傳統型[傳統燃燒器及黑鐵水膽，并配有鼓風機)及環保型（不銹鋼噴射式

燃燒器及不銹鋼耐高溫水膽，無需風機)兩種?？蛻艨筛鶕嶋H需求，進行選擇。

The burner of steamer is divided into conventional (equipped with conventional burner, black

iron tank and blower）and environmental（equipped with stainless steel burner，stainless steel

tank and no blower）. our customers may choose according to the actual demand.

自動捕水Automatic Add Water

蒸爐設有自動補水箱。以避免出現幹燒現象。

The steamer use the auto-adding water system so as to avoid dry heating.

便于觀察Easy to Observe

蒸爐設有觀火孔。觀火孔設于爐前的圖板上。以便于觀察燃燒器的燃燒狀況。

The observation hole of the front cover help watch burning situation.
